Sponsor: Couple A Buds LLC (“Sponsor”), owner/operator of True Weight Mag Insert.

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and confirm you meet the eligibility requirements.

1) ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor’s employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.

2) GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins on 1/20/26 at 12:00am ET and ends on February 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET(“Giveaway Period”). Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

3) REQUIRED FREE ENTRY ACTIONS (MANDATORY FOR ELIGIBILITY)

Completion of the Free Entry Actions below is REQUIRED to be eligible to win any prize.
Purchases alone do not constitute a valid entry and will not make a participant eligible to win.

By completing all of the following during the Giveaway Period, you will receive three (3) entries:

  3. Follow @CoupleABuds on Instagram

Limit: One (1) set of free entries (3 total entries) per person during the Giveaway Period.

Failure to complete all three required actions will result in disqualification, regardless of purchase activity.

4) BONUS ENTRIES FOR PURCHASES (OPTIONAL)

No purchase is required to enter or win. However, only participants who have completed the Required Free Entry Actions may earn bonus entries by making purchases during the Giveaway Period by completing the other options listed and on TrueWeightMagInsert.com and/or CoupleABuds.com.

  • Earn two (2) bonus entries for every $5 spent

  • Bonus entries are calculated using whole $5 increments

  • Calculations are based on pre-tax and pre-shipping totals

  • Bonus entries are added in addition to the three (3) free entries

IMPORTANT:
Purchases made without completing the Required Free Entry Actions do not count as entries and are not eligible to win.

Example:
T-shirt purchase of $29.99 = 5 full $5 increments
5 × 2 = 10 bonus entries

  • 3 free entries = 13 total eligible entries

Sponsor reserves the right to void bonus entries associated with fraudulent activity, payment disputes, chargebacks, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6) WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Prior to awarding the prize, Sponsor will verify that the selected winner completed all Required Free Entry Actions. Failure to verify eligibility will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner will be contacted within [5] days after the Giveaway Period ends via email and/or Instagram direct message.

7) ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8) SHIPPING / TAXES

Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor will ship the prize to a valid U.S. address provided by the winner (unless otherwise stated).

9) PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and/or social handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10) INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or unauthorized interference. By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

12) DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Fails to complete the Required Free Entry Actions

  • Attempts to enter solely through purchases

  • Violates these Official Rules

  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
