30-day money-back guarantee
Try it risk-free. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, and used inserts are okay. This applies to every purchase, including sale, BFCM and pre-order items.

To be eligible, return the insert in good condition with all its parts (the brass insert and its sliders). You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at me@trueweightmaginsert.com with your order number. Returns are sent to: True Weight Mag Insert, 2 Mountain Brook Ln, Glen Gardner, NJ 08826. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions (and a prepaid label if your return qualifies below). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Pre-order items are also covered by the 30-day guarantee from the day you receive them.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, ordering the wrong insert, or other preference-based returns. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right. Defects in the brass insert are also covered by our lifetime warranty.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different insert is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification, under the same conditions above.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take some extra time to process and post the refund.
