Shipping policy

Processing time
In-stock orders ship as soon as possible on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders
9mm inserts are currently on pre-order and are estimated to ship by December 15. If your order includes a pre-order item, your whole order ships together once it's ready. Orders with only in-stock items ship right away. If an estimated ship date changes, we'll email you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Shipping rates
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to select international countries. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, late, or damaged packages
If your tracking stops updating, your package arrives damaged, or something is missing, email me@trueweightmaginsert.com with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). We'll make it right.

Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
